Purpose:
This serial equipment is mainly used for a variety of polyester
bottled carbonated beverage production, integrating rinsing,
filling and capping machine into one. The whole machine design is
scientific and reasonable, good appearance and, complete function,
convenient for operation and maintenance and high automation.
Features:
1,The whole machine adopts bottlenecks suspension operating state
design, so that the product line is reliable, and also avoid small
bottle thickness or bottle height deviation causing machine
operating abnormally, to replace bottles more convenient and
faster.
2,Introducing German, Italian, and American advanced technology,
using isobaric filling principle, the filling speed is fast, and
liquid level control is stable. Material stock is full sealing
structure with CIP interface.
3,Using magnetic torque screw cap to realize grasping and screwing
cap. Screwing torque can be adjusted steplessly. Sealing is
strictness and reliable.
4,Horizontal rotating pneumatic cap management device can protect
the surface of bottle cap and automatically capping if no cap in
material hopper.
5, The whole machine uses PLC computer controlled and human-machine
interface touch screen button, has lacking cap, overload protection
alarm devices which helps check and eliminate fault, and has high
production automation.
6,Energy saving: level automation control system.
7,All of the parts contacting with material are manufactured with
excellent stainless steel, and main electrical parts are using
products from international famous supplier.

PET bottles with all volumes and shapes for carbonated drinks, CSD,
cola, soda water, energy drinks, kvass, beer, etc.

1. Rinser
Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty
bottles can be turned over 180° along the conveying rail. There are
two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of
bottle washing is high.
Rinsing machine adopts Sunswell original overturn and double-opened
bottle clip. Bottle clip lock the bottleneck, the material of
bottle clip is SUS304, which is hygienic and durable.
Bottle clip equipped with efficient spray on nozzle. The extrusive
droplet with 15° angle ensures to wash all side of the bottle, and
can save the water.
2. Filler
A. Filling valve use isobar machinery valve, High speed and big
flow, the high accuracy filling valve, filling speed fast, the
liquid level is stable.
B. Main drive adopt gear drive independent, high efficiency ,small
noise ,long life ,maintenance-free, transducer can control the main
motor speed ,the machine adopt Variable-frequency variable speed,
whole operations area ,engine base is stainless steel contain
carbon steel.
C. Guide bottle system, simple structure, according to bottle style
,can change
